杨传庆，安徽六安人。2001年至2007年就读于东北师范大学文学院，获文学学士、文学硕士学位；2007年至2008年，任教于南京师范大学附属中学；2008年至2011年，就读于南开大学中文系，获文学博士学位；2011年7月起，任教于南开大学文学院；2019年至2020年，首尔大学奎章阁访问学者；2024年入选南开大学百名青年学科带头人培养计划。中国词学研究会常务理事、天津问津书院《问津文库》编委、天津师范大学地方文献研究中心《天津学》编委。
